Impact Clinical Consulting, LLC utilizes an online intake process. Once an appointment is requested via our website, you will be contacted, via email, to begin the new client intake process. All required new client forms will be sent via adobe sign email and electronic signatures are accepted. Required new client forms must be completed and submitted prior to scheduling an appointment. Once new client forms are received and processed, you will be connected directly with your assigned clinician for scheduling. Impact Clinical Consulting, LLC is here for all your therapeutic needs. At Impact, we are currently offering both in-office and telehealth options. Although, we recommend and encourage in-office appointments for children.
All new clients are required to complete our New Client Intake Packet. Included in this packet are required demographic, medical/mental health history, description of need, consent, and payment forms. The intake forms must reflect the information of the person(s) who will be receiving services.

Impact Clinical Consulting, LLC does not bill private insurance companies or Medicaid for services provided. We are a self-pay agency. The cost of service is due at the time the service is rendered.

Returning clients: Appointments are scheduled directly with your therapist via email.
Email your therapist directly to cancel your appointment. Appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments with no notice or appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged the full rate of service.
No. Impact Clinical Consulting, LLC is a self-pay (fee for service) agency. We do not accept private insurance or Medicaid/Medicare. Rates for services are listed on our "Wellness Services" tab.
